Device Collection or Drop-Off
Choose to bring your item to our workshop or schedule a pickup by one of our fundis.
3.
Tag and Quote
Once your item arrives, it is tagged for tracking, and you receive a quote along with a timeline for the repair.
4.
Initial Payment
Pay 70% upfront so we can begin the repair process.
5.
Final Payment and Delivery
Once the repair is complete, you’ll pay the remaining balance and receive your repaired item.
